We store your email address (each spelling of it you sign up with) and whether you have confirmed it — and, if you arrived from a pricing card, which plan you were looking at. No tracking pixel, no profile, no third-party list. To stop abuse, sign-ups from your network are counted under a hash of its address that expires when the clock hour ends, kept apart from your email. For the same reason, we keep hashes of your address (with and without any +tag) that expire within 24 hours, so it is signed up once and gets at most one confirmation in that time. We email you a link to confirm the address (another only once the last one has expired after 7 days) and, once you confirm, one email when accounts are open.
